  • 28” – 36” adjustable conveyor heights (AL ONLY) using hand knobs to raise or lower the legs for 5” casters
  • 29” – 37” adjustable conveyor heights (AL ONLY) using hand knobs to raise or lower the legs for 6” casters
  • Fixed leg (FL ONLY) height adjustments are determined per application and are preset by set screws.
  • Heavy duty steel square tubing zinc plated legs offer longer service life and stability
  • Welded double horizontal leg braces
  • Heavy duty 5” x 1 ½” casters for easy movement with 2 total lock brake casters on each end (all conveyors up to 40’ in length) that stabilize the conveyor while in use
  • Heavy duty 6” x 2” casters for easy movement with 2 total lock brake casters on each end (all conveyors over 40’ in length) that stabilizes the conveyor while in use
  • 7 gauge steel side links assembled using shoulder bolts with Loctite and steel locking nuts
  • 5/16” diameter axle across the width
  • Self-tracking design allows packages to follow the path of the conveyor without using guards
  • Couplers easily connect two or more conveyors to span greater distances for continuous package flow
  • Heavy duty retractable package stop prevents packages from falling off the end of the conveyor and can be dropped down when not needed
Options
  • 4” and 3” axle centers – to handle smaller packages
  • Additional brake casters – holds conveyor in place while configured in a curve
  • Additional set of couplers – on end with retractable package stop
  • Additional leg height adjustments (AL ONLY):
  • 5” casters: 20”-26”; 24”-32”; 26”-44”; 44”-52”
  • 6” casters: 21”-27”; 25”-33”; 37”-45”; 45”-53”
  • Black poly skate wheels with steel ball bearings and red poly skate wheels with nylon bushings
  • Caster upgrades – the 6” and 8” casters increase roll-ability reducing operator’s effort in opening or closing the conveyor.
  • Outboard couplers – the coupler is specifically designed to lie below the conveying surface not to interfere with carton flow.
