Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is $300. Exception: products purchased via the Jealco webstore (jealcostore.com) do not have to meet this minimum but must meet a $100 minimum order value instead.

Chamber of Commerce Stamped Original Documents

Original documents, signed and stamped with the Jealco and Chamber of Commerce stamps - $50

Express Courier Service

$75. You may avoid this fee by allowing Jealco to utilize your express account to deliver the original documents.

Government Imposed Fees

Fees for participation in trade systems mandated by the importer's government are the responsibility of the importer.

Credit Card Processing Fee

We charge a 3.75% convenience fee that is added to all credit card purchases.

  • What languages does customer support offer?

    We provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to assist clients across multiple regions effectively.


  • Do you sell to my country?

    Unless restricted by law, social conscience reasons, or the manufacturer, Jealco can sell to your country.

  • Are you an authorized distributor of the items you sell?

    In most cases, we are not an authorized distributor for the products we sell.  This was done by design to allow Jealco to remain independent and customer-focused.  As an independent distributor, we have the ability to offer our clients a solution geared to their needs rather than being required to sell only what is available through an authorized distributor agreement.

  • What product specifications are available?

    Most product specifications are shown on our websites and our quotations.  However, if you need further details, please contact your salesperson and they will be happy to assist.

  • Can I get customized material handling solutions?

    Yes, our experts will collaborate with you to design tailored conveyor and equipment solutions that meet your specific operational needs.


  • How do I request technical assistance?

    Send us an email or call us.

Payment Information
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.


    We accept payment by wire transfer.


    We also accept payment via a check written on a USA bank account.  Please allow 7-10 days for your check to clear before your order will be processed.

  • Do you offer credit terms?

    We do not offer credit terms on the first few orders.  


    After we have established a relationship, you may apply for credit terms by requesting a credit application.

Order Information
  • Do you accept Purchase Orders?

    Yes, we accept purchase orders.  In fact, we would prefer this over a verbal or phone request.

  • How can I track my order status?

    If you requested access to our system, you may track your order status online.  If you received an invoice, you may reference your tracking information located in the shipping information. Otherwise, send us a note and we will be happy to get you the latest information on your order.

Shipping / Delivery
  • Do I have to manage my own shipping?

    Jealco can arrange to handle the shipping of your purchase or you can arrange to handle it yourself.  Whichever way is most convenient for you is how we will proceed.

  • What shipping carriers do you offer?

    We partner with well-known package shipping companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.


    For larger items, we work with many common carriers such as AAA Cooper, R+L Carriers, SEFL, and XPO.


    For Ocean transportation, we work with ECU Worldwide.


    For Air transportation, we work with DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.  For larger volume items, we work with companies such as Schenker (now DVS). 

  • What shipping services do you offer?

    We offer domestic and international ground, ocean, and air transportation services on a prepay and add basis from small cartons up to full container loads.


    We ship goods with duties and taxes to be paid by the receiver, unless a different service (IncoTerm) is requested.


    We either provide customs brokerage services through one of our shipping companies or we can work directly with the customs broker of your choice.

    If requested and if available, we can dropship your order.  Please contact us to discuss your unique situation.
