Elevator Bucket Replacement & Cross-Reference

Match a Discontinued or Hard-to-Find Elevator Bucket

When your elevator buckets are worn out, discontinued, or you only have the old one in hand, an independent distributor can match them. Send a photo of the bucket and its drilling and Jealco cross-references a replacement by style, size, material and mounting — and exports it by the case or the pallet if you need it shipped.

Any make

Independent, not tied to one catalog — we cross-reference across brands.

Obsolete & hard-to-find

Discontinued and legacy buckets matched to a current equivalent.

Matched from a photo

A picture of the bucket and its drilling tells us style, size and pattern.

Exporting since 1950

Sourcing and export handled together, worldwide — by the case or the pallet.

Start here: what do you have?

Send whatever you can read or measure. An old bucket, a part number, or a photo of the drilling — any of them gets us started.

Your situation Send us What we do
You have the bucket, markings readable Photos of the bucket and the stamped style / part number Identify the exact bucket and cross-reference a current equivalent
Markings worn off The measurements below, plus a photo of the drilling pattern Identify the style and size and match it by specification
Style is discontinued The old catalog or part number, even if superseded Cross-reference to a current bucket, same make or another
You know the leg, not the bucket The elevator / leg make and model, and belt or chain width Work back to the bucket size and spacing that fits
Export / full re-bucketing Quantity or buckets per foot, material conveyed, destination Quote the full lot and handle export by the case or pallet

How to measure a bucket

These are the dimensions that let us match a replacement precisely. Send what you can — you do not need all of them.

Projection × depth

The two numbers in a size like 11×7 — how far it sticks out, by how deep front to back.

Length

The overall length of the bucket across the mouth.

Drilling pattern

Number of mounting holes, their spacing, and hole diameter. A photo of the back is ideal.

Style

Low-front, high-front, cast-nylon, heavy-duty — or send a side-on photo and we will call it.

Material

Polyethylene, urethane, nylon, steel or ductile iron — and whether it is vented.

Brand & part number

Any maker name or number stamped in the bucket, even if discontinued.

Tell us what the elevator conveys — grain, fertilizer, cement, aggregate, hot material — and the belt or chain width. The material and the leg size confirm the right style, material and spacing so the replacement runs the way the original did.

Styles & materials we replace

Low-front (CC-style)

General-purpose grain and free-flowing material buckets.

High-front / heavy-duty

For high-capacity legs and more demanding, abrasive duty.

Industrial & fortified

Reinforced styles for cement, aggregate, sand and tough industrial material.

Polyethylene & nylon

Light, corrosion-resistant HDPE and cast-nylon buckets, vented or non-vented.

Urethane

Abrasion-resistant urethane for sticky or wearing material.

Steel & ductile iron

Pressed-steel and cast buckets for the heaviest and hottest duty.

We also supply the mounting hardware — elevator bolts, fang bolts, washers and backing — so you can re-bucket a leg in one order.

Brands we cross-reference

We are an authorized distributor of Tapco elevator buckets and, as an independent distributor, we cross-reference across other makes and match your bucket to a current equivalent — from the same manufacturer where one exists, or another when that is the better fit.

Why independent helps here. A single-brand distributor can only offer their own catalog. Because we carry Tapco and cross-reference the rest, we can tell you when the original style is still made, when a different bucket is the right match for your drilling and your material, and what the trade-offs are — so you get a bucket that bolts up and runs, not just the nearest thing in one book.

Elevator bucket replacement FAQ

Can you match a discontinued or obsolete elevator bucket?

Usually, yes. As an independent distributor we cross-reference across manufacturers, so even when the original style is discontinued we can identify a current equivalent that matches the projection, depth, drilling pattern and material. Send a photo of the bucket and its drilling and we will find the replacement.

What do you need to match a bucket?

A photo of the bucket and its back (the drilling) is the most important thing. Beyond that: the size as projection by depth (for example 11x7), the overall length, the hole pattern and diameter, the material, and whether it is vented. The elevator or leg make and the material conveyed help confirm the match.

Can you cross-reference between different bucket brands?

Yes. We are an authorized Tapco distributor and we also cross-reference other makes, so we can match a discontinued bucket from one manufacturer to a current equivalent, confirming the drilling pattern and material so it bolts straight onto your belt or chain.

Can you supply a full re-bucketing and the hardware?

Yes. We quote complete lots by the case or the pallet and supply the elevator bolts, fang bolts, washers and backing to go with them. Tell us the buckets per foot or the total quantity and your destination and we will handle the export.

Send the bucket, we will match it

A clear photo of the bucket and its drilling, plus the size, is enough to start. We will confirm the cross-reference, the price and the lead time — and handle export by the case or the pallet if you need it shipped.
